I have read and understand the TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR LIFTING OF VESSEL and TERMS & CONDITIONS TRADE of Geraldton Boat Lifters Limited which form part of and are intended to be read in conjunction with this Application to Slip Vessel and agree to be bound by these conditions.
